How we use your information We use your information to process, deliver, and confirm your orders; to contact you about an order by phone, WhatsApp, or email; to send order confirmations and delivery updates; to provide and secure your account; to respond to your questions; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve our products and store.

3. Payment We accept cash on delivery. We do not collect or store any card, bank, or payment-account details.

4. Cookies and analytics We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a small amount of browser storage strictly to run the site — for example, to remember the items in your cart and to keep you signed in. Our website analytics are first-party and cookieless: we measure visits without identifying you and without sharing the data with third-party ad networks, and where we process IP addresses to count unique visits we do so transiently and store them only as a daily, irreversible hash.

When we share information We share your information only as needed to run the store: with our delivery couriers (your name, phone, and address, to deliver your order) and with the service providers that host and operate our site on our behalf (website hosting and database, transactional email, and messaging). 6. Data retention We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfill your orders and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
