These Terms of Service govern your use of patchitlb.com and your purchase of products from Patch'it ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products Patch'it sells herbal, wear-to-bed sleep patches. They are a wellness and lifestyle product, not a medicine or medical device, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They are for external use on clean, dry skin. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have sensitive skin, consult a healthcare professional before use, and stop using the patches if you experience irritation. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Orders and acceptance Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it, and our team may contact you to confirm details before delivery. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout by area, with free delivery over the threshold shown in your cart. Payment is cash on delivery unless otherwise stated — please have the amount ready for the courier. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and let you know.

4. Delivery We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery times are estimates and are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns Our Returns & Refunds page explains how returns work, including the return window for unopened packs and how to report a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Accounts If you create an account, keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.

7. Reviews and submissions If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful and your own. By submitting it you allow us to display it on our store, and we may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

8. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

9. Intellectual property The Patch'it name, content, and store design are owned by us and may not be used without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
